5 - 6:30 p.m. Happy Hour Reception featuring LCC Programs
A happy hour like no other -- enjoy a lobby filled with LCC program stations, Ty the Titan and activities! In addition to interacting with Lane programs and students, guests will chat with scholarship recipients, enjoy complimentary wine, try their luck at Peek-A-Booze, and capture fun photos with friends at the photo booth.

6:30 - 7 p.m. Dinner
Connect with friends at your table over delicious food and drinks.  Wine specially selected by King Estate.

Starter:
Oregon Spinach Salad: Baby spinach with crumbled goat cheese, toasted hazelnuts, red wine vinaigrette topped with red wine poached pears.

Choice of Entrée:
Grilled Filet of Beef: Served with horseradish mashed potatoes, oven roasted asparagus with red wine peppercorn sauce.
OR
Pan Seared Salmon: Lightly seasoned pan seared salmon served with lemon butter sauce and capers, mashed potatoes and brown butter baby carrots.
OR
Vegan Tomato Farina-ta: Chickpea crepe topped with roasted garlic, grape tomatoes, kalamata olives and artichoke hearts warmly brought together with a hearty marinara sauce.

7 -  8 p.m. Live Program with Eric Johnson
The program is short, fun, and interactive! Guests will have the opportunity to raise their bid cards for student support and bid on exciting Live Auction packages.

8 p.m. Dessert Dash
Round out the evening with an exciting dessert dash with delicious favorites from local bakeries.
